I called their hotline to ask for my consignment at 4.30pm. As usual, they said they will get back to me. I waited until 5.05pm in my car expecting my consignment from Applecrumble &#038; Fish. No answer from them. So i called back. They giv me the Kajang office number &#038; asked for de courier guy number. The guy told me he was in Cheras n he couldnt find my place. Im just wondering why he cant call me to ask for landmark or location? Nationwide never allocate budget?<br \/>\nAs what poslaju, airpak, skynet, Tesco delivery even mcdonalds or kenny rogers normally do.<br \/>\nNo choice. He has to send on monday because my office is close on Saturday!<\/p>\n<p>At 5.40pm when i reached home, i received call from Nationwide, they told me the consignment will reach late TODAY! What? <\/p>\n<p>The guy already said he is in Kajang town &#038; not gonna come to Cheras just about 10mins ago! Or they expect me to wait for nothing at my office?
