Nationwide courier is SUCKS!

This is the very FIRST TIME I feel like want to COMPLAINT a courier company!
Peeps, If can, please dont use Nationwide couries service because they are not responsible in the way to give recipient a right info.
My office closed at 5pm. I called their hotline to ask for my consignment at 4.30pm. As usual, they said they will get back to me. I waited until 5.05pm in my car expecting my consignment from Applecrumble & Fish. No answer from them. So i called back. They giv me the Kajang office number & asked for de courier guy number. The guy told me he was in Cheras n he couldnt find my place. Im just wondering why he cant call me to ask for landmark or location? Nationwide never allocate budget?
As what poslaju, airpak, skynet, Tesco delivery even mcdonalds or kenny rogers normally do.
No choice. He has to send on monday because my office is close on Saturday!

At 5.40pm when i reached home, i received call from Nationwide, they told me the consignment will reach late TODAY! What?

The guy already said he is in Kajang town & not gonna come to Cheras just about 10mins ago! Or they expect me to wait for nothing at my office? The officers dont even do their work!

Please AVOID Nationwide!!
