Last Friday, was the final weekday for Mothers’ Day! I I ordered a bouquet via www.giftree.com.
My eldest sister in Arizona received the bouquet i ordered from GiftTree, last Saturday as scheduled! Although my sister is happy with the surprise gift but Im truly surprise with 90% DIFFERENT from the picture shown.
I believe the flowers planted at my sister’s home backyard is much better look than they are!
This is the 3rd time I deliver surprise, via GiftTree, to my sister in the State where Im in Malaysia. This is the only time I feel GREAT DISAPPOINTMENT!
How beautiful is the description and bouquet performed in the web, but turned out, OMG!!!!
Luckily I top up USD7 to purchase a balloon to enhance the gift, it at least doesn’t make the bouquet too downgraded!! I understand they are engaging local florist at Arizona, and that may be caused them a hardship in controlling the quality, so I wish my review can improve their service in future!
Although my sister Line thanked me personally on her facebook and also thru whatsapp via family chat group, honestly, I myself feel ashamed on the bouquet presentation because I think my aged 1 daughter can done much better!!! The total cost me USD71 inclusive of the funny alien bouquet, the service charge, the taxes, the balloon, and the delivery! that is about RM210!!
